We will formulate together an action plan to help achieve your personal fitness and weight goals to fit your lifestyle. I conduct a series of measurements and tests to give us a good base to start and we can compare just how much progress you have made throughout our sessions together!

I provide calls, texts and emails to keep you focussed on the end goal and provide guidance on your dietary requirements throughout.

Cancer Rehabilitation

I am now a Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist. I provide a number of specific classes for those suffering with – or recovering from – cancer, designed for all abilities to help you get back to yourself again!

I provide a wide variety of sessions and workout to sort people of all ages and abilities, designed to achieve a whole host of end goals.
